Located in the heart of the campus, the Arthur M. Blank Center honors the traditions of the Collegiate Georgian campus architecture and at the same time expresses the dynamism of this nationally-ranked entrepreneurial program.
The design of the Center is a laboratory for entrepreneurial study, and features faculty and meeting space, a research library, a cyber café for creative discussion, and the founder’s hall, a museum of noted entrepreneurs whose stories of success and failure are a constant reminder of the volatility of business. An archive/resource area enables students, faculty, and visitors to electronically search databases both at Babson and globally for business activities. A state-of-the-art audio/video teleconferencing center located on the main level links students and faculty to classrooms, seminars, and lectures worldwide. The rotunda, which organizes the different functional requirements of the building, is marked by a glass and steel cupola that acts as a beacon from many areas of the campus.
