CBT completed the design of a new 40,000-square-foot golf clubhouse facility for the Oyster Harbors Club in Osterville, Massachusetts. The building includes formal dining for 250 and a members’ grill and lounge for 180, as well as men’s and women’s locker rooms and club administration suites. At the rear of the clubhouse, terraces and trellised dining spaces open off of the main dining and lounge areas.
