The newest member of Boston’s reinvented Prudential Center urban enclave, this prestigious complex combines a 149-key Mandarin Hotel, 50 condominiums, 35 rental apartments and retail spaces to define the highest standard of luxury in Boston.

Two 14-story structures are united by a shared, two-story retail base that delineates the streetscape edge of the project. Generous expanses of glass and richly detailed brick and cut stone contribute to the high level of quality inherent in the project. Bays accentuate the buildings’ verticality and articulate the façade into a series of smaller-scaled parts, echoing the rhythm of the bustling retail and business area.
