Pierce Boston Awarded Best Residential Multi-Unit Design at IIDA Awards

We're proud to announce that Pierce Boston was awarded a 2019 IIDA New England Award in the Residential Multi-Unit category. The project was recognized  by the International Interior Design Association’s New England Chapter (IIDA NE) at the annual Interior Design Awards Gala on March 6, 2019.

Pierce Boston is a new 30-story, 349-unit residential tower that punctuates the skyline in the evolving Fenway neighborhood. CBT’s interior design of the 430,000 square-foot high-rise capitalizes on architectural themes of transparency and neighborhood connection to augment the natural and cultural beauty of the Fenway.

The awards celebration brings together over 500 design, construction, engineering and real estate professionals from all over New England, and honors the work of design professionals for innovation and design excellence, as well as the teamwork involved in creating exceptional design.

The judges who selected the winners for this year’s entries across 15 categories include: Tom Polucci of HOK, Alissa Ponchione of Hospitality Design Magazine, and David O’Connor of Steelcase.
