Principal Haril Pandya Presented at TedxFenway: Agitate/Innovate/Evolve

CBT Principal Haril Pandya, Director of CBT’s Repositioning/Asset Strategy team, was selected to speak at the upcoming TEDxFenway: Agitate/Innovate/Evolve at Berklee College of Music. Haril addressed on the evolution of the modern workplace and the crucial need for building owners and employers to nimbly adapt in his talk “Death of the Corner Office: The Fluid Future of the American Workplace.”

Haril was chosen from a group of nine auditioning speakers by a panel of judges. The auditioning speakers came from a wide-array of backgrounds, speaking on their passion for building social movements, pinpointing the desires of Millennials and GenZ, bridging distinct culture through the universality of music, and, in general, sharing their thoughts on how they are contributing to the evolution of society.

The event drew around 100 attendees interested in hearing TED-style talks, and took place at the beautiful, historic Boston University Theatre, the Huntington Theatre Company’s main stage. A judging panel selected Haril Pandya, and Deepti Navaratna, Musician/Neuroscientist/Cultural Entrepreneur; Founder and Director of Carnatic Alchemy Project, as the two winners to move onto TEDxFenway: Agitate/Innovate/Evolve on May 19 at Berklee College of Music.

Joining Haril and Deepti, Bette Ann Libby, Mosaic Artist, Founder/Sculptor at Studios Without Walls and CommunityMosaics.com, was voted by the audience as the Audience Favorite. She, too, will speak at TEDxFenway: Agitate/Innovate/Evolve.
