CBT Leadership Presenting at the Renowned Annual Tradeline Conference

Principal Alfred Wojciechowski and Associate Principal Chad Reilly were selected to speak at the 2014 Tradeline Strategic Facilities Planning and Management conference in Scottsdale, Arizona. Joining them were Craig Holmes, Senior Cost Manager for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Seamus Fennessy, Owner of Fennessy Consulting Services. Their session, “Risk reduction: A robust system for evaluating capital projects, funding, and construction methods”, addressed highly effective scope and cost management tools for large facility project portfolios.

The team examined a case study of the Fitchburg State University new Science Complex, illustrating decision-making criteria, implementation methods, and performance metrics, including the project’s results: excellent scope/funding alignment, reduced portfolio lifecycle costs, and better sustainability.
