This signature high-rise office building will contain approximately 178,000 SF of “Class A” office space, together with more than 15,000 SF of retail space, a green roof and café style rooftop restaurant. The project will also boast an interior open-air atrium/light well atmosphere extending from the ground floor to the roof.
