CBT is designing a 585-unit apartment complex at 345 Harrison Avenue in the South End as part of the City’s effort to revitalize the area and connect the vibrant Downtown and the growing South End urban neighborhood.

The project includes the demolition of the existing building and the development  of one 14-story building and one 13-story building containing approximately 535,900 square feet of residential space with 585 rental units. It will also bring 33,500 square feet of ground floor retail and restaurant space and parking to a previously underutilized parcel in this growing South End neighborhood.  The project includes a green roof over the parking garage as an additional tenant amenity.

The redevelopment of 345 Harrison will also improve pedestrian connectivity and circulation in the neighborhood, introduce a mix of vibrant 18/7 uses by bringing significant residential space along with neighborhood retail, and will serve as a vital physical and economic link between the Downtown, Chinatown, and South End neighborhoods. 345 Harrison Ave will also result in a number of public benefits, including affordable housing, tax revenues, and an improved urban environment.
