CBT is currently working with Equity Office to update 28 State Street, a building originally constructed in the 1970s and partially renovated in the 1990s. The lobby has been redesigned to upgrade finishes and furniture, improve entry circulation by condensing four separate security desks into one, improve amenity spaces such as the café, and allow better building access to both tenants and visitors. CBT is also improving tenant floor elevator lobbies and restrooms as well as providing updated tenant ready space throughout the building.
Working within a specified budget, this proposed renovation was economically driven to minimize cost and maximize results.
