Certified LEED Platinum, Atlantic Wharf is the first sustainable high-rise in Boston. The 1890 Peabody & Stearns Atlantic Building on the west corner of the Atlantic Wharf site has been completely renovated from office to residential use and ground-floor retail. The residential building also includes a club room, fitness room, and new lobby. The units are a composition of open and closed spaces to take advantage of the 10’6” ceilings and the enormous windows facing the park.
