Design of this law firm’s offices included developing a program of current and projected needs over the course of the company’s lease and fit-up plans for the various sites. Located within a warehouse building along the Boston waterfront, the design incorporates modern needs within the old structure. With offices on the first floor of the building, the design takes advantage of its deck overlooking the water and maximizes use of the space along this side of the office to create a conference center. The conference center is at the heart of the firm’s business and where they conduct the majority of fundraising and public meetings.
