Intially our relationship with Analysis Group began redesigning three floors in Boston of the CBT-designed 111 Huntington Avenue office tower. This project included fit plan analysis and utilized alternative officing methods, including private offices which was a standard implemented firm-wide. The concentration for all office locations was lighten spaces with extensive use of glass, preserving privacy while providing a less-formal mood and maximizing natural light. Sliding doors at individual offices allows for greater space efficiency and more versatile furniture placement. Many informal meeting spaces known as "perch areas" were developed to facilitate communication. Shared areas are established as colorful environments, enlivening the spaces and asserting transition from private offices. Multi-purpose lounges offer flexibility for a variety of Analysis Group program needs, ranging from meetings and receptions to employee training. Open work stations accommodate visiting/travelling employees or other out-of-office personnel.
