Radius Product Development is a product design and development company headquarted in Clinton, MA. The building consists of a new entry storefront and garden area, renovated first and ground floor spaces, and a new mezzanine, all of which house 11,000 square feet of offices, open work areas, conference rooms, gallery/display area, workshop, and lab spaces. The design features a contrast between the exterior historic building shell and the modern interior warehouse space. CBT added a monumental center stair to help provide connectivity and contribute to the open work environment of Radius' culture.
