CBT is providing design services for a private residential development in China, which involves the design of 79 custom villas in a gated community located approximately 45 minutes southwest of Downtown Shanghai. CBT is responsible for 12 houses ranging in size from 3,000 to 7,000 square feet. The design portrays an image that is classic and everlasting, combining amenities of western design with respect for Chinese culture.
