CBT recently completed the design and construction of a new development for a luxury residential tower in the heart of the new cultural and performing arts district. This elegant 42-story tower offers only one to two units per floor. With fewer residences per floor, a more private and exclusive living experience is available to residents, which is a rarity in the city.
The project also included CBT’s interior design services in the amenity spaces featuring three floors of VIP lounges, a spa, health club and swimming pool. The roof is crowned with a “sky lounge” where one can enjoy the exclusive views of the city and beyond.
