Village at Proprietors Green Opens

On Tuesday, May 4 the Village at Proprietors Green celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony and party for about 500 people. Alfred Wojciechowski, Ron Swenson and Chuck Schwalm attended the opening on behalf of CBT, along with representatives from our clients National Development and Welch Healthcare & Retirement Group, and Cranshaw Construction.
Located in Marshfield, this new 175,000 sf senior housing complex has 79 independent living apartments, 46 assisted living units and 24 memory care units. To complement the different living types, common spaces were created to meet the needs of the residents. For independent living residents, there is a cafe, a bar, fitness room, multi-purpose room, card room, dining room, theater, living room and a library. For assisted living residents there is a dedicated living room library, 2 dining rooms, meeting rooms, country kitchens and for memory care residents there are dining rooms, living rooms, country kitchens, multi-purpose room, sun-porches and a secure garden courtyard. The building exceeds Energy Star Mass Plus performance.
