CBT Awarded Bowling Green Greek Village

CBT was recently selected as the design architect for the development of a new Greek housing neighborhood at Bowling Green State University which will significantly improve the overall Greek housing experience for its students. CBT is providing design for 412 new beds, distributed in three townhouse configurations for approximately 32 Greek Chapters.

Located in Bowling Green, Ohio, the university has over 20,000 students, 35% of which live in residence halls and Greek housing across the 1,338 acre campus. BGSU has examined the aging Fraternity/ Sorority facilities and has completed the first two phases of an intensive study and is now ready to begin the phase three implementation process.

All chapters will be housed in townhouses with unit sizes based on chapter size and projected membership. Approximatley seven chapters are to be housed in 4 bed town homes, eleven chapters will be housed in 12 bed townhomes, and fourteen chapters are to be housed in 18 bed town homes. The project will seek LEED certification and is targeted for completion in Fall 2016.
