CBT was able to aid Nutter McClennen & Fish in redesigning their 130,000-squarefoot space at the Seaport World Trade Center by using a Fix Matrix developed by our programming specialists to help identify needs based on existing conditions and desired improvements. They knew they wanted to incorporate a new conference center as well as a full-service cafeteria and kitchen.

The buffet style island in the center of the kitchen makes for an impromptu social area for employees to connect. The wooden fixtures and finishes throughout the office in combination with the rich browns and crèmes used in the color palette reflect the classic yet professional reputation of Nutter McClennen & Fish. The redone conference center occupies the north face of the building’s 5th floor, allowing occupants a spectacular view of the Boston Harbor and our city’s skyline. The conference center walls consist of moveable partitions, making for easy transitions to accommodate meetings large and small.
