CBT provided urban design and master planning services for the transformation and redevelopment of the Brighton Landing area of Boston for NB Guest Street Associates. The 25-acre site is currently anchored by New Balance and WGBH and the proposed plan will create additional developable parcels for a vibrant mixed-use program including market rate and affordable housing, public green space, sports facilities and other commercial uses.
CBT’s services include development concepts which test land yield and program opportunities, and will be evaluated on the basis of zoning, traffic impacts, marketability, community buy-in, infrastructure and other mitigating factors to ultimately reposition this area as a major asset to the Allston-Brighton neighborhood and the City of Boston.
