CBT assisted PAN in a major relocation from the suburbs into the heart of downtown Boston. The move brought all 60 employees of this PR firm together in an efficient and forward-looking workplace which fosters teamwork and reflects the company’s culture.

In a shift from their previous location, all offices were positions on the interior of the space, giving all employees access to natural light. Each workgroup was designed with a combination of exposed ceiling and lower ceiling clouds to create a sense of openness as well as reveal the historic structure of the building. Designed to maximize collaboration among staff and clients, communal gathering spaces are centrally located near the entrance. The café is the main feature of this social hub, with an adjacent publication library located nearby to highlight the focus on targeted media placement of PAN.

CBT also rebranded PAN’s logo and visual identity, which included a stationery suite, business cards, digital templates, and environmental signage within the workplace.
