The Sterling Wins 2023 Multi-Housing News Award!

Marking CBT’s third multifamily design award this fall, The Sterling in Houston, TX has won a 2023 Multi-Housing News Excellence Award in the Development & Design Mid-Rise category among a record number of entries! In its 17th year, the Multi-Housing News awards program recognizes the multifamily industry’s most noteworthy projects, companies, and people. The CBT team was honored at the annual awards celebration in New York City this November.
 
Blending local style with urban hospitality, The Sterling transforms an underutilized site into an exciting new destination and dynamic cosmopolitan experience in one of the country’s fastest growing cities.
