CBT is proud to announce that Idyl Fenway has received the IIDA New England Design Award in the Multi-Unit Residential category. The annual awards celebrate design excellence across the region, recognizing spaces that enrich lives and foster community.

Located in Boston’s vibrant Fenway neighborhood, Idyl is a 365-unit residential development that reflects a shared vision for sustainable, human-centered living. Inspired by the rhythm and scale of surrounding architecture, the design embraces a “nestled-in” ethos—blurring the line between indoors and out through bay windows, balconies, and shared outdoor rooms.

Interior spaces feature bold geometric patterns, floral accents, rich textures, and layered lighting, creating a boutique sensibility that supports both solitude and connection. The 15,000-square-foot amenity suite includes lounges, quiet zones, a coffee bar, rooftop terrace, fitness center, pet spa, and bike storage—designed to meet the diverse needs of students, professionals, and families.
