The Harvey is a six-story, 177-unit residential building in the famed Hood Park in Charlestown, Massachusetts. The project represents an important phase in Hood Park’s continuing evolution from its origins as an industrial plant to a state-of-the-art office/research park, and now into a modern and dynamic mixed-use development.

The Harvey’s interiors are marked by original artwork sourced from global and local artists, beginning with a stunning two-story lace-inspired backdrop that greets residents and visitors upon arrival. Custom pieces throughout infuse the amenity-rich space with color, vibrant and evocative imagery, and a mix of materials and media in all of the shared spaces.

Amenity spaces include a light-filled media lounge with work and social touchdown spaces; a generous outdoor terrace equipped with grills, outdoor recreation and whimsical furniture, and rooftop gardening for the residential community. CBT was both the base building architect and the designer of interior spaces.
