Phil Casey is a Principal at CBT with over 20 years of professional experience as a Project Executive, having led a wide range of projects with specialization in large scale multi-family residential and commercial mixed-use developments. Most recently, these have included the 38-story Avalon North Station, the 30-story AVA Theater District, and Boston's first LEED-Platinum skyscraper ― the award-winning, 1.2 million-square-foot Atlantic Wharf. Phil leads many of the firm’s most complex mixed-use projects that have recently reshaped the Seaport, including 121 Seaport Boulevard, EchelonSeaport, and Waterside Place 2. Phil is an active supporter of the United Way and the Citizen’s School, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University.
Maren Reepmeyer is an architect and Associate Principal at CBT with over 20 years of experience. She is an expert in strategic adaptation & revitalization, complex project visioning & development, entitlements, and execution through construction. Specialty areas include Adaptive Reuse and Mixed Use Development across a wide spectrum of scale - covering urban interventions to localized placemaking. Her projects bring award-winning aesthetic transformation while acknowledging context and historic significance. These contributions provide tremendous value to her clients while bringing meaningful architectural impact to the public realm. Maren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
